Our large financial services client based in Bristol is currently looking for a contract Communications Manager.
The successful candidate should have a background within financial service divestment and customer focused projects. Your main duties will include the design and implementation of customer treatment strategies including updating and maintaining customer journey maps. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing a colleague communications strategy alongside the internal Communications team. This will involve designing colleague journey maps and conducting Training Needs Analysis for the project.
You must have extensive Stakeholder Management experience and will ideally have knowledge of divestment or migration programmes.
