Communications Analyst with Financial Services experience required for a General Insurance programme in Newport, Wales. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Communications Analyst with experience of managing all of the customer communications within a project.
It is essential that you will have experience of call centre communications and internal communications preferably within a banking environment.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of business-to-consumer marketing campaign management with some strong project management skills.
The role will involve the production of customer letters and customer records for mailing from a large database.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering to the satisfaction of the business and will have excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
