Ihre Aufgaben:
- Responsible for all process steps after hiring decision for an employee has been taken (issue of contract, Works council, drive relocation, follow up with candidates, ensure relationship management with candidates)
- Responsible for all follow ups resulting from Team Meetings within HR (includes Training as well)
- Maintain current systems and is responsible for data accuracy management (SAP, PEP)
- Start taking over Budgeting process and be the deputy of this process
- Support on-boarding and exit processes, including survey information distribution and introduction of new employees on their first day (ID-card, location, etc)
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, appointments and events, create agendas and prepare documents, ensure necessary infrastructure is provided
- Carry out special projects (incl. presentations) and assignments as requested
- Responsible for a clean HR database structure (shared drive, erooms or any other source of data storage)
- Deputy for team assistant in all relevant matters (administration, travel organization, meetings & events etc.)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
- Good German and English language skills
- Requisite Education and Experience:
- Apprenticeship in industry or equivalent
- Work experience in HR Management
- Specialisation in HR-Management
