Senior Telecoms Network Engineer

realTime is currently seeking a Senior Telecoms Network Engineer to join a global telecommunications company. As part of the role you will be required to plan, design, implement and deliver complex Core Network telecommunications infrastructure and to project manage technical implementations. This is a 6 month contract initially with a view to going longer.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Network design and development.
  • Vendor Management, negotiation of project pricing, operation and support contract renewal.
  • New network design and project delivery to meet customer and traffic requirements.

Experience Required:

  • 7-10 years experience delivering new complex solutions on data and voice networks with specific experience in on-line charging systems Ericsson EMM, Ericsson CCN, SDP prepaid charging system CS3.0, CS4.0,
  • Experience with Diameter interfaces, data/Cisco networks, Cisco SGSn, GGSN dimensioning or configuration.
  • Some project management experience.
