My high profile financial client is looking for a top class technically astute support analyst to work within a high pressured fast paced team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term contract!

The ideal candidate will be very customer focused and be able to delve deep into issues, analyse, fix and report. You will have to liaise with vendors and offshore

You will be expected to have strong CITRIX and SWIFT knowledge and a technical test will be required on this.

You will also be support the core Treasury base so experience of working within a treasury environment would be advantageous as well as experience of working within ITIL frameworks. SQL skills will be required but not to a DBA level.

Not only have you got to be technically strong but also a good team fit and very resilient to work well under pressure.

Candidates of a banking/financial background are highly recommended to apply but this is not essential.
