Description
A leading global insurer is implementing a CRM system for its regional sales, underwriters as well as the marketing team. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has recent experience working on similar implementations. In addition to fulfilling the role of the BA will lead the business stream.
Responsibilities include:
-requirements definition, traceability through design and UAT
-process mapping
-management of UAT
-comms management
Required Experience
-MS Excel, Powerpoint
-Business Analyst & Project/Workstream Lead Experience
-Management of multiple streams simultaneously
-Multiple stakeholder management
-Facilitation skills - workshops, meetings
-Experience on SSP or Acturis benefecial
-Insurance experience beneficial
