- Marketing campaigns
- Email campaigns with tracking: Count open- & click rates and soft- and hard bounces + opt-out
- Email campaign with survey (including update of data in CRM)
- campaign automation
- Response recording
- External List Management
- Campaign/Survey integration with BW
