SAP BW R&A Administrator
Purpose and scope of the job:
- As a member of our Roles & Authorization Organization you will be involved in Several SAP BW Projects in various domain (Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance) that will drive you to perform the following activities:
- Participate in the Analysis of Data structure to define analysis authorization
- Enhance & administrate SAP_BW current R&A concept & roles
- Support Project users regarding Authorization issues
- Industrialize the process - liaise with Application Support
- Follow and update Project R&A standards documentation
Main responsibilities and duty:
- Technology
- Ensure business counter parts are aware of SAP_BW authorization technical limits
- Functional
- Role Management
- Analysis Authorization Management
- User Management for Project Support
- Documentation & transfer knowledge for Application Support & Solution Teams
- R&A Support during Test & stabilization periods (analysis of issues and bug fixing)
- Coordination skills
- Potential coordination tasks regarding regression testing
Skill requested:
- Thorough knowledge of SAP BW (7.0 or 7.3) in Analysis Authorization
- Minimum 3 years experience in Role Management.
- Fluent in English (education or internship or experience).
- Experienced in projects in an international environment.
- Able to facilitate & lead Workshops
- Culturally aware and adaptable to flexible business requirements.
- Open minded and accepting challenges.
Duration:
- 6 months minimum.
