DESCRIPTION

The Document Management Assistant will be responsible for executing the document management program. Will assure data/information integrity, accuracy, accessibility, reliability, security, retention, retrieval, control and reporting of documents and data files.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and storage of documentation and processes related to the business.
  • Assists GO with special projects and program in support of business goals.
  • Supports regulated customers at the site and internal GO lines to assure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Support projects of GO.
  • Executes collection of data, procedures, reports and other information.
  • Work within the GO organization to partner on document management and assure compliance with agreed upon standards and systems.
  • Manage SOP umbrella process and administration data management system.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow cGLP/cGMP and other regulatory requirements in partnership with other GO teams and site customers.
  • Ability to manipulate databases, spreadsheets, using script languages, report generators, and the Embedded table functions to extract information.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Must be comfortable with the computer as a tool for analysis and presentation of complex data for review.
  • Required High School graduate or other advanced degree or equivalent job experience in an appropriate, facilities management, operations, engineering discipline, scientific discipline.
  • Must be proficient with standard Windows applications and with using information management systems (IT).
