DESCRIPTIONThe Marketing Support Consultant will gather requirements form various partner groups including Sales Channel, Legal, Product, and vendor managers to make necessary and timely changes to customer collateral and guides for TV, Voice and Internet products that are part of the suite or stand alone broadband services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules and timelines as well as participate in numerous planning calls.
- Work closely with creative agency, product marketing and vendor management teams to create, modify and revise numerous pieces of collateral.
- Manage collateral for various guides provided by technicians at install.
- Support all version of guides, including self install.
- Manage special notification projects within strict timelines.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Project Management experience a must.
- Ability to manage timelines necessary.
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
