DESCRIPTION

The Engineer will be responsible for the build, design and support of various enterprise VoIP projects.

Responsibilities:

• Complete VoIP projects from beginning to end.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in CUCM, Skills Based Design, and Data Networking Engineering required.
• Knowledge of ICM Enterprise Design, Cisco Unified Intelligence Suite (CUIS) necessary.
• Must be certified in Cisco Unified Communications; Cisco Mobility feature enablement; Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (Call Center) script design and routing; and SIP Trunking.
• Good interpersonal skills a must.
• Ability to review technical requirements with the user community is critical.
• Cisco CCNP Cisco Certified Voice Professional and Cisco CCNP Cisco Certified Network Professional credentials needed.
• Must be able to complete and provide as-built documentation for technical inventory.
• Strong knowledge in the following is required: Unified Communications Voice enterprise - Vers. 7.1 - Design, implementation, maintenance, and support; Cisco Unity Connection - Enterprise - Vers 7.1; Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Contact Center- with Enterprise Skill Based Routing expertise; Cisco Mobile Agent; Cisco Unified Intelligence Suite (CUIS) and Webview- Reporting Tool; Cisco Supervisor and Agent Desktop (CAD); Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS); Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking.
