DESCRIPTIONThe Expert JavaEE Programmer will support development of the Front End user interface and several levels of testing.
Responsibilities:
- Working in environment of multiple layers - HTML, application service, web service, hibernate, Legacy database.
- Developing using an Eclipse environment on a JBoss server.
- Building well-written, object-oriented code that is easily maintainable and which will increase time to market for future projects.
- Should have ten years of experience and have a four-year college degree in an IT field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record with specific examples of being an independent and quick learner.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to speak with clients using business terms.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and with internal IT resources to find solutions which meet the business need, and which are effective, accurate, and maintainable.
- Needs to work well independently with minimal guidance as well as in team settings.
- Good communication skills are a must.
