DESCRIPTION
The Network Service Support Consultant will provide after-hours dispatching to support to Network Field Operations, manage SI tickets, data base ticket issues, CBRE requests as well as support to the LBA staff.
Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced coordinator activities to support Network Department including possible project coordination.
- Applies advanced skills appropriate for this position.
- Duties and tasks are varied and may be somewhat complex.
- Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
- May work on routine special projects.
- Provides support and analysis for Network Field Operations dispatching.
- Duties will require the ability to multi-task.
- Position will assist in determining dispatch priority and severity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be familiar with MS Office Suite of Products.
- Experience with dispatching desired.
- Knowledge of CTS/Remedy and IDS/Force a plus.
