Link Technologies is currently recruiting for a UAT Test Validation Analyst for our client in Philadelphia, PA.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, Operations UAT, provides leadership support to the UAT Test Validation analysts in defining testing scope. Acts as the chief and most expert UAT Tester, providing problem solving support and testing expertise to other UAT testers. Collaborates with the Contracting units to perform Facets data mining to clarify and support the submission and revision of contract updates
Principal Accountabilities:
Manage large-scale projects, leading appropriate resources, determining project requirements and deliverables to ensure successful implementation to meet user needs.
Utilizing Project Life Cycle Methodology and Testing Practice Framework, ensure successful project conclusions as measured by meeting Department, I.S, Client and Corporate objectives.
Lead, assist and provide technical/operational guidance to project personnel. Displays effective interpersonal relation skills in the coordination of staff and the scheduling of Testing tasks.
Provide assistance to associates and Quality Assurance and Testing Analysts in the design and execution of test plans and procedures for the acceptance testing of new or modified application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware technology, tools etc.
Anticipates and keeps Lead and or Manager of QAT and project staff informed of future or planned events which could impact on implementations.
Displays good judgment, compatible with established policies and procedures in matters where there is little precedent.
Provides comprehensive consulting to client, I.S. management, and project teams regarding Qa/Testing, quality control, implementation issues, development of new or modified applications.
Responses are intelligible and comprehensive, displays a clear understanding and an accurate reflection of company goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities.
Disseminates between routine and significant, sensitive matters or those issues for which direct response is inappropriate; and promptly apprises Quality Assurance and Testing Lead or Manager.
Requests are addressed promptly and courteously; commitments are honored and persistence is displayed in obtaining necessary information to address issues and problems.
Coordinates testing activities and systems security for implementations, upgrades and routine business.
Set-up, configure and execute Unix batch processes in development, testing, and training environments.
Documents and tracks metrics to assists tech leads in tuning jobs for optimum performance.
Performs dry-run of production deployment of Unix, Sybase and Oracle objects to testing environment.
Reviews QA migration documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Displays an ability to anticipate and be responsive to management and client needs and exercise proper judgment in performing as part of the Quality Assurance and Testing Team.
Correspondence and reports are highly articulate, grammatically and structurally correct, and address the issue at hand thoroughly, accurately and in a logical progression and flow of thought; verbal presentations are handled in like fashion.
Responses to management requests display a firm understanding of policies, procedures and Plan mandates and operations.

Evaluate current Facets configuration through data analysis and Back End system review to support the collaboration effort with Provider Network Management to obtain clarification on contract terms and requirements.
Act as backup to the UAT Test Specialist to coordinate the assignment of test cases to UAT Test Validation Analysts ensuring adherence to productivity standards.
Perform quality assurance on test claims for all cases prior to approval. Validation steps include but are not limited to
1. Confirm contract summary documents meet business and/or contractual requirements.
2. Validate adherence to the testing protocols and requirements.
3. Validate system agreement components from a global perspective to eliminate down-stream payment impacts.
4. Document any timeframes that are outside standard to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements.
Define testing scope for global request via data mining.
Facilitate sessions with Data Analysis and Provider Network Management to support global testing initiatives and clarify testing requirements.
Perform continuous testing guidance to the UAT Test Validation Analyst to support the scope definition process.
Assist the UAT Test Validation Analyst in resolving outstanding defects beyond the 48 hr service level agreement timeframe.
Support the review and follow-up on Pre and Post-Implementation questions and issues related to Facets components impacting payment.
Represent Operations UAT in testing meetings with stakeholders.
Manage the quality review of multiple cases (10-20 projects) at a given time for multiple lines of businesses.
Meet established standard level of agreements (SLAs), productivity and quality standards.
Makes Manager aware of conflicts or deterrents to successful accomplishment of job requirements in a forthright, professional manner and offers suggestions for improvement.
Assist Manager with administrative work pertaining to project plans, grids, as well as, documenting meeting agendas and minutes.

Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Science preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing.
Prior user acceptance testing or quality auditing experience.
Proficiency in claims processing systems, such as, Facets required.
Minimum 2 years using Microsoft Access for extraction, analysis, and reporting development.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
