DESCRIPTIONThe Employee Service Analyst will guarantee customer satisfaction in a timely, high quality and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll, benefit and leave of absence services to over 100, 000 active employees as well as any former employees.
- Providing daily system support to Employee Services team.
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Reviewing and assigning system access.
- Managing edit distribution and modifications.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Maintain and coordinate installation of new computers and hardware.
- Lawson/HR/Payroll/Benefits/Absence Management
- BSI Tax Factory
- Astute Case Manager
- Security access using SIM Self Service
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Business required.
- Must have an aptitude for technology.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Must have strong problem solving skills, and be detail oriented.
- Experience with Lawson/HR/Payroll/Benefits/Absence Management and Astute Case Manager preferred.
- Experience with Canadian Payroll is a plus.
- Must have excellent analytical skills.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate Employee Services special projects.
