DESCRIPTIONThe Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of change to 3G Network capacity through the management of provisioning team members, processes, documentation, customer/vendor communication, etc.
Qualifications:
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as effective and efficient communication with all internal customers, support groups, vendors, contractors and management is essential to the success of this position and the team it supports.
- Must be flexible and easily adapt to change as well as provide feedback and input to ensure that processes are working properly for all internal customers.
- Attention to detail will be critical as the work being tracked and performed is very specific and any errors can have serious repercussions.
- Knowledge of 2G/GSM wireless networks and telecom transport will be very helpful.
- Three to five years of experience in Management and Implementation of Projects.
- Preferred experience in the Wireless Telecom industry and with large projects across multiple disciplines and on a national and/or international scale.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (Adv. Formulas, Macros, Tables, etc.) required.
- Must have the ability to multi-tasking and follow directions.
- Requires the capability to work with Cross Functional Teams.
