IMMEDIATE NEED! Growing data integration firm seeking a Data Modeler for their health care practice in Alpharetta. You will work work on a team with architects in designing and delivering Custom Data Management and Data Integration Projects in the Life Sciences field. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of requirements analysis and relational data modelling experience. You will be supporting the organization in developing business and logical data models in relation to key initiatives for customer solutions. Must have strong data analysis skills to translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data models. Day-to-day you will conduct JAD session with customer SME's and data stewards to understand the business process, business rules and data requirements. You will analyze source systems for erroneous, duplicative and integrity issues related to the data. Develop conceptual data model, taxonomy of terms and logical data models. Develop workflows within Content Director (will teach) to address data extraction, data validation, data cleanings, data harmonization, business logic, exception handling and required data syndication activities to support customer's MDM requirements. Assist with the setup, documentation, training and maintenance of customer MDM implementations.
