This Melbourne CBD organisation is a semi government agency and due to an internal secondment they are looking for a smart, well presented, well spoken receptionist/administration assistant to join their team for an initial 3 month period.

You will be working on the front desk, answering phones, answering basic customer service questions, meeting and greeting customers, ensuring they are made feel welcome, taking deliveries and providing general administration support as required.

This is a corporate environment in one of Melbourne's most "funky" offices so to qualify you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service, including some experience with an office PABX;
  • Ability to pick up and apply new office processes and technologies;
  • Experience and capability with MS Office including Word and Excel, and;
  • You must be available to start immediately.
