Link Technologies is looking for a Sr. Programmer Analyst for a 6 month assignment in Carson City NV. The primary focus for the selected applicant will be .NET Web application development in 3-tier physically separated environment and T-SQL programming.
Required Skills and Experience:
Application Development using:
o .NET frameworks with VB.NET (2 & 3.5)
o Microsoft IDE's: VS2008 & VS2010
Must be expert with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) that is hosted as a Windows Service
Must be very skilled using MS Visual Source Safe 2005.
Experienced with MS SQL 2000, 2005, 2008:
o Expert at developing stored procedures and writing MS SQL queries.
o MS SQL Job Scheduler
o SSRS
o SSIS
o Expert in database design and implementation.
Expert in upgrading Legacy applications to the latest technical development standards including the use of virtualization in all tiers;
Excellent written business and technical documentation skills;
Ability to function with little direction and minimum guidance;
Ability to reverse engineer and develop application based on business and technical requirements using existing agency standards;
Knowledge of development within a physically separated multi-tiered architecture using WCF Windows Services;
Highly skilled in securing .NET Web applications;
Must be extremely organized and provide thorough documentation
Able to Evaluate, Document, Develop, Deploy and Close Out.
