DESCRIPTIONThe Clinical Project Admin will provide project administrative support to the Clinical Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of calendar (arranging meetings, whether face-to-face, video conferences or telecons, and making travel arrangements).
- Booking attendance at conferences.
- Telephone screening.
- Processing of expense reports.
- Filing.
- Communicating with cross-functional departments.
- Partnering with other administrative staff members in team setting.
- A minimum of 3-5 years high-level project administrative experience in a corporate atmosphere.
- Must have keen organizational skills, initiative, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and high degree of confidentiality a must, as well as the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
- Willingness to learn custom software packages for interface with expense and travel authorization systems.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and use of the Internet is a must.
- Good interpersonal and team player skills.
- Knowledge of Ariba, Document Scanning, and Project Coordination is desired.
- Pharma experience a plus.
