An exciting opportunity is currently available in Luxembourg for a Security Consultant. This position is located in the Public Sector through an IT Service Provider.
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
General competencies and skills:
- At least six years of professional experience in a similar position In-depth technical
- Organizational skills and analytical ability
- Team working ability, communication and leadership skills
- Capability to manage technical projects
- Capable to produce concise technical documentation
Language skills:
- Solid documentation skills in English
- Very good English and/or French communication skills.
Description of task:
- Manage complex security related initiatives, with the focus on review and implementation of strategies, policies and best practices
- Define policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) to be used by the operational teams
- Technical counselling on security related topics in Data Centre concerned domains
- Participation in product evaluation and project management
- Provide technical lead for Technical Engineers
- Problem solving in a Problem Management context in relation to security
- Works under general direction from senior management and project managers
The position is offered as a 6 months freelance contract with possibility for extension.
