- Design and implementation of Cisco Solutions (predominantly around the Unified Comms, but also of Routing, Switching and Wirelss)
- Support for esculation (3rd and 4th Line) Cisco Technical troubleshooting on a day to day
- Cisco Unified Call Manager v 4 -8.5
