Description
You will be a Member of IET or CIBSE preferably with Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status. You will have relevant experience of the design and implementation of building services electrical engineering projects. You will also have experience in project administration and budgeting and be able to manage project and junior staff, as well as external consultants. You must have experience of CDM and risk assessments.You must have good problem solving abilities and be computer literate with experience of CAD, spreadsheets, contract management and design packages.
You will have good communication/interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work as part of a team and on own initiative. You will have skills in project leadership and be able to prioritise workload. You will have the ability to coach and develop junior staff and have a strong customer focus.
