Administrative Co-ordinator - Nottingham - £22,000
This leading engineering support services organisation based out of Nottingham are recruiting for an entry-level Administrative Co-ordinator to join them on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
The main function of the role is to ensure that the department's framework of processes (management systems) are updated, maintained and administered. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and procedures, correcting faults and omissions in relation to these processes, and managing large volumes of data.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
Experience of working within a messenger/filing/administration environment
A good understanding of configuration management/data management processes
Excellent organisation skills
Proficient in the use of Windows software
For this role you must have a full, clean UK driving license as you will be required to visit multiple sites on a regular basis.
