Stable Financial Firm is seeking the support of a Fund Coordinator to start ASAP for the next 2-3 months. As a Fund Coordinator, you will support to the Fund Financial Services Financial Reporting Group. This includes general office duties such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, delivering interoffice documents and posting information to records. This position is responsible for assisting in the coordinating of the preparation of annual, semi-annual and quarterly shareholder reports. In addition this position may support more than one individual.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Typing, copying, footing, faxing and/or filing of various documents as necessary.
  • Create and maintain files for supporting documentation used in the annual, semi-annual and quarterly report preparation process.
  • Foot schedules necessary in the preparation of annual, semi-annual and quarterly reports, specifically, Schedule of Investments, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Operations, Statement of Changes in Net Assets, schedules in Notes to the Financial Statements and the Financial Highlights.
  • Coordinates the monthly distribution of Sarbanes-Oxley reports, including scheduling the SOX meetings and managing the monthly calendar.
  • Coordinates and assembles the disclosure controls documentation on quarterly bases including preparing and tracking the quarterly sub certification letters.
  • Prepares and coordinates the shareholder report distribution to the portfolio managers including tracking the sub certifications.
  • Prepares various standard letters such as audit confirmations, legal, management representation and/or other written communication including tracking the status of responses received.
  • Delivering and Retrieving documents to various departments in the company, specifically, the Legal Department and Shareholder Communications.
  • Maintain files consisting of historical annual, semi-annual and quarterly reports for the Financial Reporting Group.
  • Distribute and collects the Fund Disclosure checklist from the following groups: Fund Valuation, Expense Accounting and Pricing groups for each reporting cycle.
  • Create and maintain Tracking Report for financial reporting cycles that tracks several stages of the cycle, ie Routings, MDFP, blue lines, and print releases.
  • Print and distribute standard reports required in each reporting cycle, ie PAS and/or Mobius reports and commission reports.
  • Creates and distributes monthly calendar for the Fund Financial Services group.
  • Maintain supply inventory for Fund Financial Services group including ordering and distributing supplies.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial reporting requests.
