Role: Change Manager
Skills: Change Manager - Document Services - Retail Banking
Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a change manager to assist in the transition of a portion of their print and mail services to a divested portion of the bank.
Core duties of the role:
This role is to manage the changes required within Document Services, to a range of document composition suites,
Managing the project through the relevant milestones, reporting on outages and slippages
Risk and Issue management
Dependencies Management with other workstreams
Stakeholder/relationship management
Reporting management
Resource Management
Deliverable tracking
Core skills and experience required:
- Thorough knowledge and proven delivery experience of using structured project life cycle methodologies
- Previous experience in integration, divestment, document rebranding or print
- Knowledge of Document Composition processes and systems
- Ability to initiate or undertake research and analysis
- Ability to develop plans and requirements
- Knowledge of process redesign
- Experience managing costs and benefits at a project level
- Stakeholder and relationship management
- Experience of tracking control measures
Desirable Skills
- Planning using MS Project
- Ability to effectively track deliverables
- Well developed communication skills - written and verbal
- Budgeting and resource allocation
