Responsible for handling the implementation of business customers; being a single point of contact to customers, vendors, internal operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction; develop effective solutions to impact installation process; review services and explain process with customers, provide adequate information to questions that customers may pose in relation to their order; provide technical verification and ensure compatibility. Manage and Implement a large number of jobs. To ensure timely and satisfactory installations and implementation of services. Working knowledge of Metasolv TBS and excellent verbal and written communications
