Description
The Service Tool Engineer is accountable for maintaining and developing service tools used within IT service life cycle, monitoring the effective use of these tools, ensuring that one's responsible tool(s) is reliable and available per requirements mandated, participating in tool evaluation and selection process, and making recommendations on tool quality and usability improvements. The Service Tools Engineer is accountable for the development and maintenance of one or more tools used to provide IT Services to end users within client.
