Senior Optimization Engineer (RNO/Optimisation)
Looking for a senior radio network engineer with hands-on experience from GSM, UMTS and preferable LTE.
Main tasks of the Verfication department include:
- Technical requirement specification; hereunder develop and implement requirements for a acceptance of new projects
- Continuous development and improvement of processes
- Analyze drive-tests measurements in TEMS and NetQURE. Technical reporting; hereunder generate coverage plots, interference plots and KPIs. Conduct KPI analysis and generate reports in prOPtimas
- Conduct acceptance of new infrastructure
- Contribute in task-forces and work-groups attacking specific problems
- Handle escalated customer complaints
Other requests:
- Experience with Huawei M2000 is an advantage
- Experience with Huawei NASTAR is an advantage
- Vast experience with tools related to RNO is an advantage
- Must be fluent in English speaking and writing - Scandinavian language is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Preferably the candidate should hold a driving-license
