Our client requires a Claims Advisor to ensure claims are handled efficiently, fairly and to standards dictated by the FSA and Business Partners. The role will initially have the responsibility of reviewing, authorising and preparing the payments of claims. With insurance experience, the role holder will be involved in other claims related work, such as overseeing and monitoring claims management information, quality reviewing and delivering general claims reporting.

Candidates applying must have previous claims handling experience in addition to the following:
A high level of Excel essential
- Competent with using MS Office product set
- Knowledge of FSA essential, DPA, and other relevant regulations
- Knowledge of European regulators desirable
- Ability to collaborate with other resources eg Chief Medical Officer, Legal department, Risk and Compliance department
- Highly developed communication and customer service skills
- Experience in customer service and demonstrating fairness when dealing with customers
Demonstrates commitment to the fair treatment of our customers.
- Excellent communication skills are also essential to the role and French speaking would be highly advantageous but not essential.
