Commercialisation Manager - Cash Management - Payments - London
£530 per day 6 months +
My Retail Banking Client is looking for a Commercialisation Manager who will drive commercialisation of all Trade proposition changes.
The key deliverables for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Working with Trade stakeholders to embed the commercialisation process and a high level of commercial awareness in all aspects of the proposition change
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of all go to market activities for Trade proposition changes
- Producing high quality documentation throughout the go to market activities for Trade proposition changes
- Applying appropriate change management disciplines incl. risk management to control the commercialisation of Trade proposition changes
- Regularly evaluating the performance of the commercialisation process, highlighting areas that require improvement and recommending solutions
You need to have strong commercial awareness with the ability to solve business issues impacting the capability of the business to achieve its goals. You also need to have the ability to think creatively and command respect from senior management, be able to present and communicate to senior management and ca work closely with or had previous experience in a product management/marketing or sales environment. A good understanding of financial services and Transaction Banking products and the competitive environment is also essential. Any Direct Trade proposition experience and experience of other Financial Services product businesses is a big bonus.
