Description
My client is recruiting an experienced Interim Programme Manager to work in Group Treasury and lead the RWA programme.
Main Duties
Run the programme steering committee and the communications with senior management
Manage senior stakeholders expectations as well as their inputs into the programme
Manage reporting into the overall Steering Committee
Manage the activities and RWA specific projects within the clusters (this will involve steering all the local RWA PMs)
Control the overall programme plan to ensure milestones are met and delivery tracked appropriately
Contribute to recruitment of cluster PMs and any external resources onboarded on the programme
This role requires previous programme management experience within the RWA space.
