Description
Flash Designer/Graphic Illustrator is needed by our very high-visibility client, a world leading computer components manufacturer. Under the direction of Sales & Marketing, this candidate will design and develop unique, innovative, and effective Flash deliverables used for various training initiatives.
OVERVIEW:
- Contribute conceptual design and development to Flash execution for major training initiative and communication related rich media projects
- Work with CRM Instructional Design/Development Manager, CRM Strategic Training, and etc. to build complete Flash videos, animations, and interactive modules
- Create interactive presentations and environments for corporate sales and marketing
- Create Flash motion development, animation builds and action Scripting
- Attend project meeting and checkpoints as required
- Perform other tasks as delegated by CRM Instructional Design/Development Manager
- Ensure that all materials are properly filed and kept in good condition
- At least 5 years work related experience
- Extensive knowledge of latest Flash software and its derivatives
- In-depth knowledge of CS5 software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, After Effects and Maya
- Excellent drawing and animation skills
- Creative, innovative and resourceful with ability to handle multiple projects
- Extensive knowledge of web production, multimedia development and design principles
- Ability to complete assigned projects within limited time frame
- Committed team player with good communication skills
- Detail oriented, flexible with excellent organizational skills
- Portfolio of work to review as part of screening process
- Ability to prepare work frame and estimate time for each assigned given project
- Ability to handle the tasks of developing concepts, approaches and storyboard for training deliverables
- Ability to conduct research and collect information on materials and image references relevant to project
- Ability to research multimedia trends and presentation methods on different levels and propose technical or creative improvement to visual contents
- Proficiency in HTML, MySQL, XML, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, ASP and Cold Fusion
- Ability to produce illustrations for products when necessary
- Ability to handle the tasks of preparing project documentation
