Product Manager - Travel/Hospitality:Interface Certification
Manage the vendor interface certification process as part of the Product Management team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance to the Revenue Generation team on how PMS providers, Channel Manager providers and others can be certified to connect to Reservation, RVNG (and RV Classic on exception basis)
Maintain the interface connectivity list of providers to ensure data is current and accurate. - Facilitate the interface connectivity prioritization process.
- Consult with the Interface Development team, vendors and customers as needed in support of new and existing interface connections.
- Revise the Interface Certification as necessary to improve the process.
- Assist with development of overall interface product strategy, to include Sun setting Legacy connections
Provide business analysis support as necessary as related to interface certification process.
Required Experience
Skills/background required
- 5 -years Product Management background and experience in the travel technology industry preferred.
- 5 years Project/program management background and experience with travel technology projects, particularly with system interfaces.
- Experience working with International organizations a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Travel less than 25%.
- Scottsdale location.
