Description:
Senior Solutions Architect .RCS-Based Video Calling.
Must have 3 to 4 years work experience in 3GPP IMS, VoIP, SIP.
Must have 6 plus years work experience in IP Networking, L2/L3 switching, Firewalls, load balancers. Must have 4 plus years work experience in Web Technologies: HTTP, SOAP/XML, REST APIs, App Authentication .
Able to drive all technical aspects of a project, architecture, design, vendor management, implementation, test plan development, overseeing network build and testing efforts.
Strong communications/presentation skills; inter-functional area communications eg Operations, Marketing, Documentation preparation, Technical Service Requirements, Use cases, Call flows, Network Traffic and System Capacity Models, Test Plans.
Strong track record of accomplishment throughout project phases:
Architecture, design and documentation requirements, E2E architecture, use cases, call flows o Multi-vendor network build and implementation.
Test plan development, execution oversight Works effectively across teams and organizations eg, Product Development, Product Marketing, IT, Operations, Program Management.
Must have 4 year degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineer, Masters Degree preferred.
Must have 8 plus years prior work experience
Desired:
Background and experience in 4G/3G Mobile Networks.
Background and experience in Video Calling services, Rich Communications Services (RCS).
