Description
Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Credit Process Project Manager, to be based in The Docklands.
The Credit Process Project Manager will be responsible for:
-Production & management of the programme timeline
-Responsible for ensuring programme documentation is coordinated & consistent for each individual country/regional implementation
-Responsible for consolidation and integration of individual work stream schedules into an overall project schedule
-Ensure and manage programme governance structure in an efficient & effective way
-Track costs against project budget
-Monitor risk logs, promoting action as needed
-Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with Group standards, project methodologies and tools
-Report programme progress regular basis through working groups, committees and stakeholder management
-Interface with central project team & stakeholders, providing updates and documentation as needed
-Manage action logs and minutes of meetings as needed
-Assist in identification of overall programme issues/risks and identification of recommendations and solutions
-Support SMEs throughout their regional and in country implementation work
-Collate and manage the flow of queries from regions/countries
-Oversee and assist in the process exception resolution process, managing business and technical involvement and escalation, as necessary.
As such, the successful Credit Process Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc
-Good numeracy
-Good communication skills for the multicultural interfaces will also be important
-Strong Financial Services Experience
-Experience within an investment bank
