Description
My client an NHS Organisation in London is currently searching for a Medical Staffing Specialist to lead a project looking to reduce reliance on bank and agency medical staff and to identify savings as part of the QIPP Programme.
The successful candidate needs to have a full understanding of the medical workforce, have an excellent understanding of finances and experience working closely with clinicians.
They must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a track record of having achieved similar results elsewhere
