Description
Contract: Senior Software Development Engineer (Java) - France - up to 400 Euro per day
* must speak French and English*
Responsibilities
* Analyse, design, implement, document, coordinate and supervise the development of Java software systems
* Search, summarise and keep the team abreast of strategic information from all sources
* Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
* Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management
* Responding promptly and professionally to bug report
* Review and repair Legacy code
* Making presentations to customer or professional peers
Technical Skills
* IT Master Degree/BAC+5 or equivalent
* At least 5 years of Software Development Experience at a Software Vendor. JAVA Expert. Architect or Sr. Developer
*A solid experience in performance optimisation, profiling, multi-threading
*A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
*Solid understanding the principles of Client Server programming
*Expert knowledge of computer languages (Java, XML, SQL, )
*Expert knowledge of data structures and multi-dimension data analysis
*Expert knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques (UML)
*Expert knowledge of all database vendor versions 5Oracle, tabular database,)
*Expert knowledge of used operating systems (Unix, Windows, Linux)
*Expert knowledge of standard development tools (Eclipse, Ant, Maven,)
*Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
*Possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication
*Experience and ability to teach or instruct co-workers
*Autonomy, dedication, reactivity
