Ihre Aufgaben:
- Introduce country multichannel organization to role specific changes from stationary to multichannel business
- Train country multichannel organization end to end processes and tools
- Insure cross-functional process understanding between country multichannel organization units
- Pass on information about new available functions from HQ to country multichannel organization
- Provide training in different country organizations
Ihre Qualifikation
- Hands on experience in store processes (goods ordering and receiving, invoice control, point of sale, service)
- Good understanding of country HQ processes (centralized purchasing, master data, controlling, support)
- Affinity for online business
- Strong communication and presentation skills (preferably experienced trainer for organizational and IT-system themes)
- Fluent English, ideally multilingual (to perform training in other countries)
- Hands on approach
- Very fast learner
