Description
A finance system manager is required to work for one of Europe's leading fund managers. The finance system manager is required to sit and acting as go between the business (finance) and the development team, translating the business requirements into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will also have had some experience working in a project environment but the focus of this position is that of a support function. The finance system manager can come from either an accounting or development background as long as he/she has a good understanding of the finance IT function within either banking or asset management industry. The finance system manager will have strong people management experience, ideally leading teams of 6-7 people and must have worked in either an asset management or wider financial services organisation.
