Migrations Project & Business Analyst Lead for Kofax (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- To complete the migration project currently underway in Hamburg, reviewing all remaining projects, collating and creating the required specification documentation to allow the development work to be achieved within Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules and the Batch Registration Tool within a 6 month period
- Deliver solutions within the agreed timeframe using a strong knowledge of software life-cycles and software process management and improvement techniques
- Practical application of systems analysis, systems architecture, and developing computer applications
- Leverage techniques and procedures for coding, testing and debugging computer software programs including unit testing frameworks (e.g. NUnit, JUnit, Cactus, etc)
- Is capable to transfer knowledge to various audiences
- Will assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands
- Will establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees: team members, IT and business leadership, support groups, etc.
- Full project reporting and communication to the stakeholders and core project team
- Manage issues in an effective way ensuring all relevant parties are engaged and escalation procedures are properly observed
- Collaborate with DMS operational team on the requirement specification, functional design and testing of bespoke custom components
- Collaborate with IME support teams for knowledge transfer and transition of solutions to a live production environment
- Ensure all solutions are tested and signed off by all relevant parties prior to implementation
- Formal project management methodologies are to be utilised
- Produce all required project management documentation
Ihre Qualifikation
- Formal project management accreditation i.e. PRINCE 2/PMI
- Well-founded experience delivering solutions in Kofax Ascent Capture v7.5 or v8.0
- Good technical knowledge on Kofax Capture v9 and KTM v5
- Strong development background both implementation and design
- Thorough understanding of commercial aspects of the business
- Fluent in English & German
