Compliance and Ethics Manager required for leading Oil and Gas Client paying up to £850 per day.
Gibbs S3 are looking for a leading Ethics and Compliance Consultant who has experience of designing and delivering of code of conduct within large corporate clients dealing with EMEA internal and external compliance (mainly Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Sweden)
Role will include:
Design and delivery of annual ethics and compliance plans for EMEA entities
Design build and implementation of compliance risks for leaders and leadership teams
You will be dealing with senior level managers and leaders so will need to have significant change and influencing skills.
Experience:
*Proven ability to influence senior leaders to enact significant change
*Knowledge and experience of managing relevant ethics and compliance risks to include, but not limited to: bribery and corruption, antitrust or competition, money laundering, HSSE, trade compliance (export/import/sanctions), conflicts, gifts and entertainment, retaliation.
*Significant experience in building strong ethical and speak-up cultures
*Significant experience in developing networks and influencing to achieve desired results
*Experience of effective cross functional collaboration
*Understanding of Open Talk or similar organisational helpline
