Description
Genesys Engineer
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment, Operations and Maintenance.
Knowledge of the following:
- Knowledge of Contact recording systems and their integration with Genesys (Verint).
- Knowledge of Genesys 8.x a plus.
- Voice systems engineering and network infrastructure experience with Avaya products.
- Windows Client and Windows Server Experience.
- 3 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Prior experience with the support of a vendor application.
- Experience with Data Modeling a plus.
- Cognos Experience a plus.
Other
- Bachelor s degree in a technical field(computer science, engineering, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects within the established budget, schedule and scope.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operations, changes and upgrades of the Contact Center infrastructure environment.
- Document all required work, change and upgrades.
- Conduct vendor/product research.
- Provide project support for infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with other IT portfolios on enterprise projects.
- Frequent contact with Business Customer to provide consultation and training.
- Lead execution of both LOB and OAI-sys initiated projects.
