Genesys Engineer

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment, Operations and Maintenance.

Knowledge of the following:

  • Knowledge of Contact recording systems and their integration with Genesys (Verint).
  • Knowledge of Genesys 8.x a plus.
  • Voice systems engineering and network infrastructure experience with Avaya products.
  • Windows Client and Windows Server Experience.
  • 3 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Prior experience with the support of a vendor application.
  • Experience with Data Modeling a plus.
  • Cognos Experience a plus.

Other

  • Bachelor s degree in a technical field(computer science, engineering, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects within the established budget, schedule and scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operations, changes and upgrades of the Contact Center infrastructure environment.
  • Document all required work, change and upgrades.
  • Conduct vendor/product research.
  • Provide project support for infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with other IT portfolios on enterprise projects.
  • Frequent contact with Business Customer to provide consultation and training.
  • Lead execution of both LOB and OAI-sys initiated projects.
