Installation of Oracle Stellent work remote
- Document its current use (business users groups, number of users, usage volumes, availability needs ).
- Document what the business users need (and any anticipated needs over the next 3-5 years).
- Integration w/other applications and/or process).
- Gaps.
- Risks.
- Development a cost model to upgrade the current product.
- Identify current product options to replace company's antiquated version of Oracle Stellent document management system
- External competitor/market assessment based on business needs/requirements and technical fit within current architecture/strategy.
- Investigate any existing document management solution already in place at company. Development competitor comparison analysis grid for functions/features, vendor pricing, vendor strength.
- High-level migration and/or sunset strategy if Stellent is not upgraded in place.
- Provide recommended approach/direction
- Executive summary level document with supporting materials.
Contract Period
- Asap thru 6/30.
- 45 hrs/week.
- Client will not accept subcontractors
