Description
Working within the Information Technology department the role includes day-to-day monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of group systems at several remote sites. The successful candidate will be a team player with a customer-oriented approach to their work.
He/she will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong relevant experience with a minimum of 5+ years administration, monitoring and troubleshooting skills in the following areas:
Windows Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server in an enterprise environment Strong Windows Server Knowledge including SCOM knowledge VMWARE vSphere 5 Infrastructure EMC Clariion SAN Microsoft SQL Server Commvault Simpana 9 (desirable) Microsoft Exchange Server TCP/IP Networking and Endpoint protection A working knowledge of Routers, Switches and Firewalls (Checkpoint) Understanding of ITIL processes
