Service Request Manager - ITIL, Request Management
We are looking for an experienced service request manager. You will need experience managing requests in a busy technical environment.
For this particular role the group are onboarding complex technical applications and Servers. As part of the onboarding process, requests for support need to be analysed, questioned and managed right through to completion.
A particular emphasis for this role will be the ability to communicate well with the incoming service stakeholders and to accurately disseminate their real requirements and to challenge these to ensure true requirements are accurately generated and then managed through to transition into production.
So, a good understanding of ITIL V3 service management, a good understanding of Request Management and strong communication and stakeholder skills required. English speaking is mandatory.
