My client is looking for an experienced Programme Planner. You will be reporting to the PMO Manager, working in a large Solvency II Programme, offering you the chance to apply your Programme Planning skills in a unique setting, with the UK's largest Closed Life and Pension Fund Consolidator.

The main objectives of this project are the following:

*Up to date set of key deliverables/milestones for communicating with the programme management team, sponsors and the FSA
*Comprehensive understanding and view of the SII and AST delivery.
*Working closely with all work streams to enforce agreed planning standards, challenge outputs and interpret data.

The main responsibilities for this Programme Planner role are:

*SII Programme Plan - overall consolidated view of the programme plan closely aligned with the Actuarial Systems Transformation Programme. Ability to create scenario plans.
*SII/Joint Dependency Management
*Reporting - FSA Milestone Progress Report and tracker, Steering Group Reporting, Scorecard (company specific programme report), Joint Programme Directors, Consolidated report from Programme Plan to validate change controls affecting Solvency II and AST
*Weekly validation checks of all SII cluster plans against overall programme plan. Attendance at weekly programme change board
*Contingency planning

For you to be successful in completing this project you must have the following skills:

*Stakeholder management skills and used to dealing with all levels within a large regulated programme.
*Excellent reporting writing and presentation skills
*MS Project 2003 - non enterprise. Expert user: Visio, Windows 7, Excel 2003, Powerpoint
*Experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. A clear understanding of FSA regulated programmes and projects.
*Experience in working in a large Solvency II programme
*Working experience as a Programme Planner in a large regulated programme
*A Programme Planner currently working in a large Solvency II programme with a FS background is ideal as you will be joining the project mid way.
*Experience of working on AT Transformation Projects (Actuarial systems)
*Background in Financial Services and Solvency 2
