Receptionist is required for a leading Digital Agency based in Battersea. Reception is the face of the company and needs to be welcoming and tidy. The Reception ist's need to take responsibility for the front of house area and ensure it is running at its best.

Role and responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls
-Transfer calls and take detailed messages if person not available: name, company, number, what call is regarding.
-Meet and greet clients/visitors and offer refreshments.
-Ensure Reception area is kept organised and tidy.
-Book cabs/couriers and support the finance department in cost allocation.
-Keep up to date record of all bookings including all required information: Date, Time, Pick up/Drop off Addresses, Job No, and Authorised By.
-Manage pool car bookings and congestion charge administration, including checking monthly invoice and assigning job numbers.
-Manage outgoing post including taking special/recorded delivery items to post office.
-Manage meeting room bookings and facilities (internal and external)
-Ensure that meetings rooms are checked immediately after each meeting and are tidied and set up for the next meeting.
-Organise refreshments/lunches for meetings when requested.
-Communicate with all staff in a friendly but professional manner.
-Other admin duties as required.
