On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for VAS engineer on contract based in UK.
Job description:
? VAS project implementation
? Provide documentation, technical training to customer;
? Trouble shooting ,proactive maintence, on field and remote technical support to customer, responsible for customer satisfaction.
? Take part in VAS extension/tender project, Responsible for technical parts.
? Other tasks from leader.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Electronic Engineering/ Technology related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in VAS technical support.
Skill Requirements:
? Good UNIX & Linux system admin skills (HP-UX, RHLX, Solaris etc)
? Good IP background (CCNA preferred)
? Database maintenance competence such as Oracle; SQL/server etc
? Familiar with VAS equipments and platform (exposure to the single-wire gateway an added advantage)
? Familiar with telecommunication technology architecture
? Have Ability to accept and learn new knowledge soon
? Speak english fluently, excellent interpersonal and communication skills..
