Our client is looking for a bilingual project manager with proven projects delivery track in IT but related to rollout, implementation, upgrade of product or software in relation with a Finance & Accounting department. More specifically experiences with Oracle eBS version 11i or in a R12 upgrade project will be a plus for this function.
Any additional experience in context of finance will also be a plus, eg knowledge of specific modules of oracle, like advanced collection, billing and invoicing, eTax.
The Project manager will need to be very flexible in adapting to customers methodology or way of working, (any specific PM methodology, PMBOK or Prince II being a plus); and used to manage several projects concurrently for which budget, planning and quality will have to be managed according to customers expectations.
S/He will have to demonstrate strong leadership, built on interpersonal relationship, and an attitude of 'making things happen' and the ability to drive project in a complex environment following the corporate process for Project management.
S/He will have excellent communication skills, as well with project team members, as with top management and clients.
A previous experience in public sector can be a plus.
Project Manager w/o specific experience of the F&A domain should not apply for this function.
At least 5Y experience in similar projects is a must.
Experiences with Oracle eBS version 11i or in a R12 upgrade project bilingual: English plus French or Dutch speaking.
